We are always striving to offer the highest levels of service to our customers, whether it be fixing a dodgy boiler or installing a luxurious new bathroom. To achieve this, every member of our team has a role which they must perform quickly and efficiently. This is never truer than for the back-room staff, without whom, we would not be able to deliver such services.
Faced with losing a long serving member of our support staff back in March, we were introduced to Cariann of Town Sq. Admin Support whilst in the midst of trying to recruit a replacement. Before we knew it, Cariann and her team were building the process by which they would take our calls and manage our scheduling.
As if that wasn’t enough, we also threw into the mix a move to cloud-based accounting software, which, given the fact that it was year-end, our accountants had absolutely no interest in helping us with. Surely enough it didn’t work until Cariann stepped into get everything converted. Since then, the Town Sq. Admin team have also taken on our debt chasing and not only have we seen a marked improvement in our cash flow, but we have never had to replace that long serving member of staff.
Town Sq. Admin has become as quick and as efficient as any other member of our team and have allowed the other members of staff to operate with a more focussed approach to their roles. Cariann has personally been involved at almost every step of the way but I must say that her team, especially Laura and Kelly, are an absolute credit to the business. Regardless of who is dealing with us or our customers, I have never felt like out business is not in safe hands.
