Admin Manager
Laura joined Admin Support back in 2014 and now leads the TownSq Administration team.
Passionate about customer service, she’s the first point of contact for clients, from onboarding to review calls, here to ensure you’re getting the most out of our service.
She still plays an active role in supporting clients and the wider team with more complex tasks including bookkeeping, financial and invoicing.
The self appointed office comedian, she plays a pivotal role in keeping the team in top spirits. Before joining TownSq Admin Support, she developed her customer service skills in the service and retail sectors with her leadership and organisational skills developed during her time as a sport coach.
Outside of work, she’s often found keeping fit and raising money for a number of causes close to her heart.
